The cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. We use them for a few specific reasons, set out below.
These are needed for the site to function (for example, to remember your booking when you use the embedded Cal.com widget). They can't be switched off.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to:
These cookies are set by Meta when you visit caringrobin.com.
The Coverage page includes an interactive map powered by Google Maps. When this loads, Google sets cookies (such as NID and ANID) and receives your IP address. Google may use this data in line with their privacy policy. We only load Google Maps after you accept cookies. If you decline, you'll still see our postcode checker and a list of covered areas.
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site, including anonymous session recordings and click heatmaps. This helps us spot friction (e.g. confusing layouts) and fix it. PostHog stores data in the European Union. We only load it after you accept cookies. See PostHog's privacy policy for details.
When you book a call through the embedded Cal.com widget, Cal.com sets its own cookies to manage your booking session.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings:
Note: blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
You can also opt out of personalised advertising from Meta directly in your Facebook ad settings.
You can change your choice at any time. Open cookie preferences.
We'll update this page when we add new tracking tools. If we change anything material, we'll note it here.
